I’m a California native. I was born in San Diego, and I attended law school at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. Over the last 10 years years I have been practicing law all over Southern California. I have always rooted for the underdog and I have always wanted to help others. In the world of criminal law, this makes me a defense attorney. If you have ever been to court or if you or a loved one has been arrested, you know that it feels as if the entire system is working against you. My goal is to be the one person who is on your side. I have developed strong relationships with the judges and prosecutors in Southern California that allow me to get results for my clients. I know when the time is right to take a deal and when a case should go to trial.
The California system of license holds and suspensions for DUI issues, missed court dates, and unpaid tickets create an almost impossible maze. Few lawyers fully understand the system and many lawyers in Southern California call me for advice on how to handle their clients criminal, traffic, and DUI matters every day. For criminal matters, local knowledge of each court is critical because the slightest technical detail in a plea agreement can mean the difference between serving real jail time and getting out early on work release or home confinement. You need someone who has been there before and knows how to get it done. This is why lawyers call me for advice everyday on what to do for their clients. Why hire someone else and have them seek my help when you can put me to work directly for you? I know my way around the system and I have the skills to make sure that your case does not become another statistic. You will receive personal service from beginning to end and I will take the time to get you the best possible result. When your freedom and/or your license are on the line, it’s time to give me a call.
